Become a member of the Freunde Kunstmuseum Bern. You will be making a valuable contribution to our museum and to the cultural life of Bern. Museums cannot be financed by public grants alone. Regular private support is crucial to the running of the museum and the expansion of the art collection. Our club fulfils an important function in this area. Members’ contributions are used mainly for purchasing works of art for the museum, thereby rounding out major areas of the collection.
The Verein der Freunde Kunstmuseum Bern would like to intensify their activities in future with targeted projects in the Museum of Fine Arts to increase membership and in particular to win younger friends.
